    TMJ Disorders

Temporal Mandibular Joint disorders are caused by problems in the jaw joint.  They often result in pain or discomfort in the jaw, problems with opening and closing of the mouth, or popping and clicking of the jaw.  Such symptoms can get worse with time if not treated.  At the time of your consultation, you and the doctor will discuss your concerns about your jaw, the doctor will evaluate your symptoms, and make suggestions accordingly.
